Our spoon holds 20 grams (70 ml) of BariaBalance whey protein isolate powder. A handy divider in the middle of the spoon will help you measure 10 grams (35 ml) of BariaBalance isolate powder. (There may be a slight error in the measurement depending on how the spoon is filled and how the powder is compacted when taken)
The measuring spoon is made of polypropylene and is reusable. Please rinse under warm running water and do not use in the microwave or dishwasher.
